The Free Lawyer Coaching Program

A Six-Month Private Coaching Experience for Elite Attorneys Ready to Lead Without Losing Themselves

You've recognized something needs to change.

Maybe you've read about the External Authority Trap and started seeing it in yourself—the pattern of measuring your worth by outcomes you can't control. Maybe you've listened to the podcast and thought, "He's describing my life."

You understand the problem now. What you're wondering is: What does transformation actually look like? And is this the right path for me?

The Free Lawyer® Framework isn't a course you consume or a set of tactics you implement. It's a six-month partnership where we rebuild the foundation your practice runs on—so your success becomes sustainable, your boundaries hold, and your worth stops being on trial every day.

Here's what that looks like.

This isn't open-ended coaching where we "see how it goes."

It's a structured transformation with a clear arc.

The Program Month by Month

MONTHS 1-2: FOUNDATION

Uncovering what's really driving the patterns

We begin with assessment—not surface-level time audits, but deep pattern recognition. Where are you outsourcing your confidence? What beliefs are running your decisions without your awareness? Where does External Authority show up in your daily practice?

This phase often feels like turning on a light in a room you've been navigating in the dark. Clients frequently say, "I finally understand why nothing else worked."

By the end of month two, you'll have clarity on the root causes—and you'll already be practicing a different way of operating.

MONTHS 3-4: IMPLEMENTATION

Building the systems and boundaries that actually hold

Now we redesign how you work. Not with productivity hacks, but with structures that match your values and protect your energy.

You'll set boundaries—and watch them hold. You'll delegate—and resist the urge to redo. You'll start making decisions from Internal Authority instead of fear.

This is where the hours start dropping without the quality suffering. Where clients begin to respect your boundaries because you respect them first.

MONTHS 5-6: INTEGRATION

Aligning your practice with your life for the long term

The final phase is about sustainability and legacy. We address the bigger questions: succession, what you actually want the next decade to look like, how to build a practice that doesn't require your heroic daily presence.

Clients often say this phase is where coaching becomes life-changing, not just career-changing.

You'll leave with more than new habits. You'll leave with a new relationship to your success—one that serves your life instead of consuming it.

SESSION LOGISTICS

Sessions are conducted via Zoom video call at times that work for your schedule—including early mornings and evenings when needed.

Most clients prefer consistent weekly slots; others need flexibility around court schedules and client demands. We'll find what works for you.

THE THREE PILLARS

The Free Lawyer® Framework is built on three pillars. Here's what working through each one actually feels like in our sessions.

We'll identify where you're still outsourcing your confidence—seeking validation from judges, clients, partners, or outcomes.

You'll start recognizing the moments when External Authority takes over: the urge to over-prepare out of fear, the inability to set a boundary, the 4 AM anxiety about a matter you've already handled well.

Then you'll practice a different response. Not through affirmations, but through real shifts in how you think, decide, and act.

Clients describe this phase as "finally understanding why nothing else worked."

PILLAR 1: Internal Authority Activation

We'll redesign how you work—not with time management tricks, but with systems that match your actual values.

You'll set boundaries and watch them hold. You'll delegate and resist the urge to take it back. You'll build structures that let you maintain excellence without the exhaustion.

This is where the work hours start dropping. Where sleep improves. Where you stop operating from depletion and start leading from clarity.

Clients describe this phase as "finally having a practice that works for me instead of against me."

PILLAR 2: Sustainable Excellence Transformation

We'll align your practice with your life—not the other way around.

This includes hard conversations: succession planning, legacy, what you actually want your life to look like in five or ten years. We'll examine whether your current practice structure serves those goals—and redesign what doesn't.

Clients describe this phase as "the moment coaching became about my whole life, not just my work."

PILLAR 3: Professional Freedom Through Strategic Design

THIS REQUIRES HONESTY

This work requires vulnerability.

You've built a career on having answers, projecting confidence, and being the one others rely on. Coaching asks you to show up differently—to admit what isn't working, to examine patterns you'd rather not see, to be coached instead of being in charge.

That's uncomfortable for high-achievers. It's also why this works.

If you're willing to be that honest, transformation is possible. If you're not, this isn't the right fit—and that's okay.

WHY NOW?

The attorneys who wait for "a better time" never find one.

The External Authority Trap ensures you're always too busy, always managing the next crisis, always planning to address this "when things settle down." Things don't settle down. They escalate—until something breaks.

Consider what the current path is already costing you:

The health consequences of chronic stress. The relationships strained by your absence. The years shaved off your career by an unsustainable pace. The succession crisis building because everything depends on you. The quality of life you're trading for a success that doesn't feel like success. The best time to do this work was five years ago. The second-best time is now.

Every month you delay is another month operating from a foundation that's costing you more than you realize.

"BUT MY SITUATION IS UNIQUE..."

Every attorney I work with believes their situation is unique. In the specifics, they're right—your firm, your clients, your history are yours alone.

But the patterns? The External Authority Trap operates the same way across practice areas, firm sizes, and income levels. The transformation process works because it addresses the underlying identity dynamics, which are remarkably consistent among high-achievers.

Your situation is unique. The solution isn't.

INVESTMENT

The Free Lawyer® Framework Six-Month Private Coaching Program

Monthly: $975/month for 6 months

Pay in Full: $5,250 (Save $600)

Coaching spots are intentionally limited. I work with a small number of clients at any time to ensure everyone receives the premium, personalized attention this work requires.

This is a significant investment—and it should be.

Consider it against what the current path is already costing: the health consequences, the strained relationships, the years of unsustainable pace, the succession crisis building quietly in the background, the quality of life you're trading for success that doesn't feel like success.

This investment isn't an expense. It's the cost of protecting everything you've spent decades building.

The attorneys I work with have spent years investing in professional development—conferences, CLEs, certifications, staff. This is an investment in yourself—often the one you've been putting off the longest.

AFTER THE SIX MONTHS

The goal isn't to create dependency—it's to build a foundation that sustains itself. By month six, you'll have internalized the Internal Authority shift. You'll have systems that work. You'll have a practice aligned with your values.

Some clients are done at six months. The transformation is complete, and they're ready to continue on their own. Many others choose to continue with ongoing monthly sessions. The foundational work is done, but they value having a thinking partner for new challenges, accountability, and continued refinement.

If you choose to continue:

  • Your rate is locked. It will never increase for as long as we work together.

  • You can cancel anytime. No long-term commitment required after the initial six months.

There's no pressure either way. The transformation is yours to keep—whether we continue working together or not.
